個人很滿意，還有微波爐。樓頂有泳池和健身房，樓下有免費的咖啡，味道還不錯。沒有礦泉水，附近吃的店鋪很多。便利店也有，挺方便的。

很喜歡這種酒店一廳一房的概念，還有一些廚房用具，冰櫃熱爐等。雖然對我們沒有作用，但是看到就像在家般方便。

適合長住的商旅客，有微波爐跟大冰箱，並提供基本的鍋碗瓢盆，服務人員很親切，早餐還不錯，但離五星有段距離，可能很馬來的食物吃不習慣，可以吃個幾天再考慮是不是要每天吃。

We have stayed many times in Citadines Thailand and has never failed us BUT this is our first time in Citadines Prai Penang and big dissappontment. When check in staff not very enthusiastic. They don’t supply bottle water at all and they tel you there is a glass flask and you can top up water at the water dispenser near the lift landing BUT the flask is so dirty n filthy you will not use it. The bath towel is old with the edge trimming coming off. A big disappointment.

Overall, it's fine, but the cleanliness is normal. I did find some insects, like ants. Also, room service is slow. The first day, 4pm, the 2nd day, 6pm. (I pressed the room cleaning service in the morning) But the amenities is good. Gym is good and swimming pool is nice.

The location is perfect! There’s a local food court and several eateries just a short walk away, which makes it super convenient to grab a meal anytime. From hearty local dishes to quick snacks, everything was easily accessible without needing to travel far. The room was clean and spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a small living area included—it added an extra touch of comfort and space to relax after a long day. Minor downside: The hotel is located near a busy junction, so do expect traffic jams during peak hours if you’re driving. Overall, I had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, well-maintained, and in a very convenient spot. Would definitely recommend to travelers looking for comfort and easy access to food options.

Friendly front desk staff , Spacious, comfy& clean room. Free Parking in front of hotel & at level 5👍👍 Will be back again as convenient & good stay for us when at this area. Only cons: It would be a lot better if can keep the ceiling free from dust along the walk way towards each guest room.

出差住過最多的一個酒店了，樓下iconic城吃飯購物很方便，而且性價比很高，不過30層衹有兩部電梯，早晚通勤的時候需要等很久。
